Robert Bradley is currently the CEO at Costrotta (CCM), a private company that provides the telecommunication industry engineering, construction management, installation and real estate services. In 2011 Mr. Bradley served as a consultant to the wireless telecommunications industry.  Prior to 2011, he served as President of BCI Communications, Inc., a division of UniTek Global Services, Inc., a public company providing engineering, construction management and installation fulfillment services to companies specializing in the telecommunications, broadband cable, and satellite industries.  As President of BCI, he was responsible for all operations of its nationwide wireless telecommunications infrastructure construction, site acquisition and technical service businesses.  Over his 11 years at BCI, he grew the business to, at its peak, $128 million in revenue and over $20 million in EBITDA, supervising over 500 employees and close to 1,000 subcontractors.  He was responsible for establishing and maintaining critical business relationships with the company’s top customers, including Fortune 500 wireless telecom carriers, OEMs and tower companies.   In addition to his leadership experience with BCI, Mr. Bradley has also served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, responsible for customers relationships, establishing and developing local offices, overseeing quality control of services, and marketing BCI throughout the telecommunications industry; all while having primary responsibility for sales. Mr. Bradley earned his Bachelor of Arts & Science degree from West Virginia University.

Mr. Rivas is an executive with over 22 year of experience in corporate finance and operations with companies ranging from start-ups to fortune 100.

Mr. Rivas has an established record of success in significant, profitable, growth environments by managing organic growth combined with extensive, disciplined, merger and acquisition activities.  Most recently Mr. Rivas served as Chief Financial Officer at BCI Communications, A division of Unitek Global, a US public company providing engineering, construction management and installation fulfillment services to companies specializing in the telecommunications, broadband cable and satellite industries. Previously as Executive Vice President and Treasurer at 180 Connect, a US public company serving the telecommunications and television fulfillment industry, Mr. Rivas was successful in helping drive growth from start up to a company with revenues of $380 million while also listing the company in both Canadian and US stock exchanges. In addition to that, He has served in several senior leadership roles for other companies including The Box Music Network, a division of MTV and currently serves on the board of a medical technology company.

Mr. Rivas has been successful in several corporate turnarounds and has extensive experience in business integration, SEC reporting, insurance and risk management as well as significant experience working for international, public companies with multiple subsidiaries and numerous operating units.

Robert "Judge" Trotta and his partner Stephen Costalas founded Costrotta in 1991, and has been its President for the past 21 years.  Judge has been in the construction business for close to 25 years, starting out in residential construction and moving to commercial, including experience as an operating engineer operating heavy equipment.  Judge took this construction background into the wireless industry, and with hard work and the help of his family and a quality group of employees, grew Costrotta into all aspects of wireless, from new builds to testing services, ethernet, fiber, LTE, UMTS, site acquisition, civil and technical services.  His business has grown because of an unceasing commitment to customer service and integrity, and his staying power in the industry is proof that these commitments pay off as the customers keep coming back.  He has grown Costrotta from his partner's basement to a national services company, with locations up and down the east coast, and a customer list that includes many Fortune 500 companies.   His roots in construction allow him to now manage his team with first hand knowledge of everything they do and how it is supposed to be done--a critical skill that leads to a much higher quality work product for Costrotta's customers. 

Nick Day is a senior business lawyer, having represented public and private businesses as both General Counsel and as outside corporate counsel for seventeen years.  His experience includes a wide variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financing, corporate governance, securities, construction contracting, licensing, and strategic alliance matters.  As General Counsel, in addition to his broad corporate law responsibilities, he has supervised insurance, safety and risk management, litigation, human resources, and a wide-range of legal, business and operational projects.  Mr. Day previously served as the General Counsel to UniTek Global Services, Inc., a public company providing installation, fulfillment and construction services to the telecommunications, cable and satellite television industries.  Prior to joining UniTek, Mr. Day was General Counsel for Berliner Communications Inc., a public company providing construction, site acquisition, project management and network development to the wireless telecommunications industry.  Mr. Day began his career as a business attorney with the law firm of Saul Ewing, LLP, a 250 attorney law firm in Philadelphia, PA.  Mr. Day received his A.B. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Villanova University School of Law. 

Mr. Adam Bragg is currently serving as Vice President for CCM.
In this role he is responsible for the development and operation of CCM’s services in the Central and West Coast markets and taking lead nationally on CCM’s In-building and DAS service offerings.
Prior to joining Costrotta Mr. Bragg worked for BCI Communications since 2003. Serving most recently as the Vice President of the West Region. Adam also served as General Manager in the Desert Mt Region during his tenure there. While at BCI he was responsible for the daily administrative, operational, and developmental needs of the business and its regional 250+ team members.

Mr. Bragg has over 20 years of experience. Of which the last 15 years have been focused on telecommunications. His resume includes experience in general contracting; start-ups; wireless and wireline service companies; public works, and large government projects. He has also worked with both large and small wireless/wireline service providers as well as OEM’s. His responsibilities over the years include: Sales/ Business Development; Operations Management; Project Management; P&L Oversight; Staffing; Safety & QC; and Estimating to list a few.

Mr. Bragg has attended numerous training courses and has obtained industry certifications during his career. Additionally he has passed the General Contractors Trade and Law exams in multiple states. He has also served as a qualified managing employee for various companies in their respective contracting business.
