CCM has over 20 years of project management experience. For regional projects, our team is led by local project managers that know the market intimately, and have the relationships to move a project forward in that market. We monitor all projects carefully through a proprietary project management process that we have developed and continue to refine every day. This includes the use of the latest technology, in addition to old fashion feet on the ground and visual inspections to ensure the project is advancing correctly, on time, and on budget.
As a full turn-key provider, we can manage a project from site acquisition, design, procurement, equipment installation, technical services, construction, testing and 24/7 monitoring if required.
